1. Vintage-etc is an online store only (no physical store). We do not operate a show room, but ship from factory direct to clients, to keep overheads down and we pass on those savings to our clients.
2. To order or query a product on our site, open that product page, and click add to cart/ query, and we will reply to that email .
3. Lead times for custom orders are 30-40 days, pending volume of order and time of year.
4. For a custom order, we request you fill out the custom order query, as that guides you to answer all the information we need in order to quote . Please allow 2 working days for quotes.
